Shop hours: Open by appointment only, so please call for an appointment.

Grooming Fees: Cash or cheque only. Please pay when you pick up your pet. Occasionally, circumstances arise that were not anticipated for your pet’s appointment. Services such as flea baths, de-matting, or challenging behaviour in your pet add significant time to the grooming process, therefore additional fees will apply.

For everyone’s safety all pets are required to be leashed. The shop is not responsible if your pet gets away from you.

Rabies Vaccines must be current.

Drop offs are to be here at the scheduled appointment time. In order for the salon to run smoothly, please call or text asap if you are running late or early. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

You will be given a pick up time upon drop off. DO NOT BE EARLY FOR PICK UP. Early arrivals upset the pets and disrupt the grooming process, resulting in the grooming time taking longer than planned. I will do my best to come up with a time that is convenient for you. I also offer the option to call or text you when your dog is ready. If you are late picking up, that is usually fine. Please let me know when to expect you.

48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or appointment change or FULL FEES APPLY. When a client calls last minute to cancel an appointment or doesn’t show up at all, I am unable to fill your appointment. Your time is valuable and so is your groomer’s. Please let me know if you would like a reminder call, text or email.

Clients are not allowed to wait in the shop for their pets. Pets are always calmer and better behaved in the dog salon when their owner is not present. It is important that your pet is given time to bond with their groomer, and develop a trusting relationship. When the owner is present, the dog is so focused on the owner that it disrupts this process.
